Fragrant, gently spiced dum biryani, and yes, with the potato and the egg. The way Kolkata has always made it.

Egg-stuffed, shallow-fried and square, just as the old cabins made it.

Crumbed chicken, molten garlic butter inside. A Park Street classic.
